Boston Museum of Science
Our school group has been doing some fund raising and after a year of planning it was time for our over night at the Boston Museum of Science. Arron went with us but due to Zack's problem with his litter he was unable to go with us. Over all it was a good trip. All but good. We checked in around 5pm and had workshops set up for us throughout the night. Lights out at midnight. I don't think kids went to sleep till after 1am if then. We were up at quarter to six the next morning for a few more workshops and then we were on our way home.

Milton Mill's Factory
A friend set up this really neat field to to the Milton Mill's factory on 5/13/11. It was geared more to the fourth graders in our group. We were able to try it into New Hampshire history for that age group. We had a few older and younger kids but it was a little hard to do all the listening. The kids were given a name of a factory worker and a job as soon as we got there. Then they went on a tour of the factory and even got to use some of the machines that did their jobs. At the end of their work day after clocking out they even got paid a whole ten cents.

A.J and his girls
A.J is in charge of the chickens. He does all the feed, cleaning, and work for him. He just finished extending their outside run so they have more space. And here's a picture of him painting the coop. It took him all day doing this. But at least he was quiet and I knew were he was.
